Will Flare 2 automatically enter standby mode?

If no audio signal is detected for 30 minutes when Flare 2 is connected via Bluetooth, it will enter standby mode. When connected to a USB-C cable while charging, it will not turn off.

How do I reset the speaker?

Hold the Bluetooth button and Volume+ button at the same time.

How do I connect multiple Flare 2 speakers via PartyCast?

Partycast - Master Speaker
1. Turn on Flare 2 - Connect to Phone via Bluetooth
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on Flare 2 for 3-5 seconds. You will hear a sound and the light will flash white.
3. Connect additional speakers using the instructions for the other speakers. The light will remain flashing white at all times while they are connected
Partycast - Additional Speaker
1. Turn on Flare 2
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on Flare 2 for 3-5 seconds. You will hear a sound and the light will flash white and then go solid. This can take 2-5 seconds.
3. Once the bluetooth light is solid white, the speaker is successfully connected

Why should I do if Flare 2 won't connect via Bluetooth?

Try the following methods:
- Delete Flare 2 from your device's Bluetoth record and then re-search for Flare 2 in the list of available devices.
- Restart your device or turn its Bluetooth off and on again before re-searching for Flare 2.
- Reset the Flarey by holding the Bluetooth and volume+ buttons at the same time.

How do I adjust the EQ settings on Flare 2?

Go to the EQ settings in the Soundcore app to adjust the sound output.

Why is there no surround sound after Flare 2 is connected using PartyCast?

When used alone, Flare 2 supports 360° sound, but does not support stereo sound when multiple speakers are connected using PartyCast.

When watching videos on a computer with two or more Flare 2 connected via PartyCast, why is there a lag in audio?

We recommend using a single Flare 2 when watching videos to reduce the the chance of experiencing audio lag. When multiple speakers are connected via PartyCast there will be an audio lag of 600 ms.

How to enter PartyCast Mode?

Set up the master speaker:
1. Connect one Flare 2 speaker to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth. If the connection is successful the Bluetooth light will turn a solid blue color.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on Flare 2 for 3 seconds or more to get the light to flash white. You will hear a sound and the light will flash white—indicating the speaker is in master mode.
Note: The master Flare 2’s Bluetooth button will continue flashing white.
Connect additional Flare 2 speakers
1. Ensure the additional Flare 2 speakers aren’t connected to any Bluetooth devices. Note: Press Flare 2’s Bluetooth button to disconnect it from a device. A flashing blue light indicates it was successful.
2. Press the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds or more to get the light to flash white. You will hear a sound and the light will flash white to indicate the secondary Flare 2 is in connection mode.
3. When the secondary Flare 2 is close to the master speaker it will connect to it automatically. If the connection is successful the light on the master speaker will continue to flash white, while the light on the secondary speaker will turn to a solid white.

What should I do if I can't pair to the Soundcore App?

1) Make sure the device you chose is the Flare 2.
2) Please uninstall the Soundcore App on your phone then reinstall the Soundcore App.
3) Please reset the speaker by holding the Bluetooth and Volume+ buttons for 2s-8s. After resetting, the speaker will turn off, and then turn on by itself.
4) Please try to connect the speaker and APP on another phone

PartyCast between Flare 2 and Rave Neo

1. Turn on the Rave NEO
2. Connect Rave Neo to the phone through Bluetooth, then turn on the Flare 2
3. After the Rave Neo connects with the phone, hold the PartyCast button of Rave Neo and the Bluetooth button of the Flare 2 for more than 3s
4. Flare 2 will automatically search for the Rave Neo and then successfully connect.

Firmware cannot be updated

- Fully charge the speaker
- Hold the Bluetooth and volume+ buttons for around 10seconds, after resetting, the speaker will turn off, and then turn on by itself
- Reinstall the SoundCore App to test again.
- Try to update the firmware from the Soundcore app to see if it works.
- Try to update it on another phone if possible
