Sleep A20 | Next-Level Sleep Earbuds with Enhanced Comfort

These are comfortable and work well once they are up and going but try g to connect them via Bluetooth when you want to change from say AirPods to these is a massive pain and they drop out all the time. They are otherwise great but it’s really frustrating when you are trying to get your iPhone to recognise them and they just won’t connect.

I wouldn't even mind if it took nearly a full day to leave the warehouse if they didn't say the shipping is fast. To me that requires no effort beyond what everyone else does. So basically the shipping is normal. I also asked for a tracking number and I still haven't received it. So I don't even know if the package that I assume is theirs is actually theirs. I mean they do give you a way of tracking it, would you have to download a whole different app. Why? If you're sending it by Australia Post just put the tracking number in the email. Do they get a percentage every time the person downloads this app?

Only use couple of times, so far it does the job better than other brands that I've tried

I had both versions of Bose sleepbuds (1 & 2) and these are by far better. You can listen to music like with normal earbuds and also use them for sleep to listen to white noise. I have severe ADHD and every little sound wakes me up, I am a side sleeper and have very sensitive skin inside my ears so I usually don't like wearing in-ear buds as they chafe the skin causing in ear rash and pain. These are just great - I have no issues wearing them all day to listen to music or to sleep with all night. I travel a lot for work and they work very well on airplanes. As with all other Anker products I have tried and own, they are value for money with vey good sound. Well done Anker, keep it up!!

I had high hopes for these, whislt they are a good product and the information about your sleep patterns are readily available in the app, unfortunately for my wife, they did not make my snoring any easier to handle :(
