I have tried every sleep bud on the market and they are by far the best!! Way out doing the Bose Sleep buds that no longer are made and a HUGE Improvement from the sleep A10!
I am obsessed with these and adding another pair as backup ! Well worth the money
Not good..
I just received the product and haven't used it yet. The Bluetooth connection was easy to set up, and the packaging is nice. However, it would be great if the different sizes of ear tips came with small pouches for travel. It's inconvenient to carry the entire box when traveling, and without proper storage, the ear tips might get mixed up, making it hard to find the correct size when needed.

I previously had a pair of A10's and was disappointed with the battery life and app. I bought them to help drown out my tinnitus, problem was they go flat before morning.
A20 are huge improvement in every way that matters.
1. Battery life last all night even using Btooth prior to sleeping listening to sleep stories. Lasts all night.
3. Auto switching from Btooth to sleep actually works. So when your story or podcast finishes it switches over to sleep after time or you fall asleep.
4. Btooth or sleep is selectable out of case. No more connecting to the app first.
5. Option to have 4 chosen sleep sounds preloaded, made from custom combinations of sounds or a preset is great.
6. Tap controls for volume or Bluetooth/sleep mode, pause/play.
The comfort level is better and has wider choice of tips and wings.
The app is a huge improvement and doesn't feel like a forced upon you afterthought.
I'm so impressed with these A20's over the A10, i just bought my wife a pair as well.
