Not willing to pay Big Bucks for bluetooth buds, I took a gamble and surely paid off!!! Good quality and options for price.
I bought these because they have the optional "fins" you can put on to help keep the earpods in place. I always have problems with others falling out of my ears, these stay in better than those.I mainly use to listen to audio books while doing errands and chores, and sound quality is fine, no complaints there.The only issue I had was they wouldn't charge, but after contacting customer service and playing around, I realized it was my fault, the fins were not allowing them to make contact with the charging dock. All I needed was to adjust them a little and now they work great.
I have always like Soundcore products, but this one doesn't seem to fit well. Either the attachments are too big or too small. It didn't sit snug like the previous headphones. I am returning these and getting a different pair from Soundcore.
Accidentally put my buds through the washer and dryer in my pants pocket. Pretty much wrote them off but after re pairing,came back to life without any diminished sound quality. Blown away by the durability and sound!!
The box was opened / used and the charging case and earbuds weren’t inside :(((( VERY disappointed because I have owned these exact earbuds in the past and loved them (Hence buying a second pair). I have put in for a replacement set. Hopefully they can send me a new box set this time instead of what was obviously a failed return. I guess they didn’t even check the box before shipping it back out from the last person who returned it :/

They exchanged my empty box for a new unopened one and everything seems to work great! The sound quality is just like I remembered :) thank you soundcore!
