Amazing earbuds and excellent customer service

I absolutely loved these good sound and battery nothing bad to say except the left side died after about 6 months of use. But the customer service took care of it i would give the buds a 4 and customer service a 5.

Decent but drops off

Other reviews are spot on about using the app to adjust sound as the default sounds a bit tinny, but the app is great. Sound quality is pretty good, noise cancelling isn't as good as my old pair of jabras. I've had it for 3 months and started getting my music drop off randomly/disconnecting about a month in,.and it is getting more frequent.

Shape and texture of case and earbuds makes it a little slippery to hold sometimes. The build is light but after dropping one of the earbuds recently, the shell cracked a bit - still functional.

Maybe shell out a bit more if you want something that will last longer.

Tremendous volume and tone

My Tozo NC7’s have been acting buggy so I decided time I give a different ANC earbud a try. Hence, the Soundcore A3i by Anker. The compact case is only slightly larger here. The earbud size and shape is comparable but with a physical button rather than the soft touch. The advantage here is apparent when I go to rest my head on a pillow with no worry of incidental function changes. The volume range and depth of tone is also notably better than what I was accustomed to. I love that there’s ample volume, bass and clarity with these straight out of the box, and that the app affords me even further possibilities to suit my preferences if my need be. I went to the largest ear tips included for the best seal I could get. I find no discomfort whatsoever, and I’ve almost forgotten they’re still in my ears since last night falling asleep to music in part because the transparency mode is so good! I would like to toggle between Transparency and ANC modes, with the simple touch of a button, the way Tozo’s NC7’s do. The app allows for this but that’s no good when you unexpectedly need to be present and converse with someone in any given moment. So far as I see the earbud button(s) only allows for toggling between Normal and ANC modes, as displayed from within the app, and with no option to personalize this differently? Anker, if you’re listening, please respond! Finally, in terms of call quality, I’ve been told by those I’ve called that my voice is herd loud and clear. However, I find that from my end there’s a discrepancy in volume between that of the music I happen to be listening to and an incoming call. I can barely hear the caller without further having to raise the volume setting on my phone. That’s not okay either. I like these A3i’s enough to keep them but a I’ll not retire my Tozo NC7’s just yet. I’ll also update my review if solutions to these two issues is addressed and corrected by the manufacture or I find I’m mistaken.

Great sound

The sound and the noise cancellation are good. They fit me well too. I do find the buttons hard to use and still can’t figure out how to quickly turn it to mute
