I've been using Q30 headphones for half a year now - on a daily basis, for online meetings, gaming and walking (including sports). Absolutely great product, especially for that price. They might not be the best choice for phone calls outdoors - they seem to catch and amplify wind blows. For passive listening outdoors they're perfect though, and that's what I use them for. ANC is good enough to silence kids when I work from home, and that's enough for me for a 5 stars recommendation.
Please add a disclaimer informing potential buyers of the Anker Life Q30 about the known incompatibility with Google Chromecast HD with Google TV. Since this was the main reason for me to buy a Bluetooth headset with ANC, it could have saved me a lot of time and trouble to know this in advance. Unfortunately, I had no option but to return it.
j etais tres content de ce casque aux prestations exemplaires pour le prix,malheureusement apres moins de 40 hs d utilisation les coussinet lachent dejas,ils se fendent.Pas de coussinets de rechanges prévus chez soundcore,donc mon casque devient un produit jetable,donc au final trop cher pour le peu d utilisation.de toute facon si c est pour avoir la meme qualité de coussinets,ce ne serait pas la peine.Heureusement j ai pu en trouver ailleurs (devinez ou) probablement pas de meilleure qualité mais j en ai pris plusieurs pour sauver mon casque.je sais dejas que la qualité d anulation du bruit sera moins bonne avec ces coussinets (d apres les tests)c est tres malheureux de faire d aussi bon produits en prestations sonores et confort et en arriver a regretter d avoir fait cet achat.J ai conseiller cet achat a trois personnes qui l ont acheté et je le regrette.vendez donc votre produit un peu plus cher ,il le merite et vos clients aussi.
Love this headphones. They offer great sound for the price and great confort. The only thing Soundcore should fix is the breaking headband. It's my second unit because first one broke quite fast - and I've been using them in home only. Fix it! Use better materials. Soundcore, listen to your customers. Cheers
Despite the very good sound quality, the headphones will only last for a short period of time before the problems start. I have read reviews of many users reporting the same problems. The plastics crack, the ear pad cushions fail etc etc. In my own case the ear pad cushions opened up, making the headphones unusable. And although I have them only for a year and used them occasionally, the warranty does not cover their replacement.
After all it was a really disappointing experience. And it makes you wonder about all these 5 star reviews. People should review a product after using it for some time, not when they just bought it.
