I BOUGHT THESE TO CANCEL THE SNORING JUST FOR THESE TO NOT CANCEL ANYTHING I CAN LITERALLY HEAR THE MOST TEENIE TINY SOUNDS I SWEAR IT DOESN'T EVEN FEEL LIKE I'M WEARING ANY AIR PODS I COULD LITERALLY HEAR A FART. The only good thing is like it is very comfortable to sleep with BUT IF I WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND YOU KNOW MY CAT IS JUST MEOWING ON THE TOP OF IT'S LUNGS INSTEAD OF LETTING ME TURN ON MUSIC NONONO I HAVE TO LISTEN TO RAIN FALLING ON A LOOP I CAN LITERALLY HEAR WHEN IT RESETS YOU KNOW PERSONALLY I AM LIKE THE MOST SENSITIVE SLEEPER SO LIKE EVEN RAIN LITERALLY PISSES ME OFF SO BAD ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM HALF ASLEEP I HAVE TO WAKE UP AT 5AM AND I GOT WOKEN UP BY MY CAT PERCHANCE OR A PERSON SNORING I GET FORCED TO LISTEN TO THE ANNOYING SOUND OF RAIN AS IF IT DOESN'T ALREADY RAIN ENOUGH ALREADY AND THAT ISN'T EVEN THE WORST THING WHENEVER I JUST EXIST IT JUST TURNS ON BY ITSELF PLAYING THAT EARPERCING RAIN SOUND AND I LEGIT THOUGHT I HAD A HOLE IN MY ROOM OR SOMETHING SEARCHING FOR THAT SOUND AT 4AM BY THE WAY JUST IT TO BE THESE STUPID AIR PODS I SWEAR. So now the good parts it doesn't have the thing that touch thing when I decide to lay down nothing happens on these air pods so lovely unlike my other headphones that I SLIGHTLY ADJUST MY HAIR AND THIS THING TURNS ON GOOGLE GEMINI LIKE BRO WHO EVEN USES GEMINI OR JUST COMEPLETLY TURNS OFF MY SOUND. SO IN CONCLUSION DOESN'T BLOCK SOUND AT ALL AND YES I HAVE TESTED EVERY SINGLE OF THE ACCESSORIES THIS THING COULDN'T EVEN BLOCK THE SOUND OF A GRAIN OF RICE FALLING UNLESS U LIKE DEAFENING YOURSELF WITH MUSIC but very comfortable and I can sleep with them but one of them always falls out.

live on a main road, constant background noise, these buds eliminate this..And really smooth out extreme noise.Highly recomend I have it owned previous vrs which + Anker headset =complete serenity in noisy places

Comfortable enough but no ANC whatsoever, hence I returned them

I don't like sleep headbands or foam earplugs and I couldn't get Loop Quiet to stay in my ears, so these were my last hope for some relief from my husband's snoring. The ANC isn't great and the audio doesn't mask the snoring completely, but it definitely helps. In local mode, the battery lasts all night (around 9 hours) with ANC on and audio playing constantly. I have tiny ears (XS tip in my right ear and XXS in my left), so I've always struggled with earbuds, but these stay in all night even with some tossing and turning. They were a bit painful for the first couple of nights, but now I've got used to them, I barely feel them, even when sleeping on my side. Don't expect miracles from the ANC, but comfort wise, these are great.

Sooooo grateful to have found Soundcore sleep buds . I sleep like a baby now 😀. Best feature is snore masking. No more disturbance from snoring . Very effective in cancelling / masking snoring and other noise . Excellent fit in the ear . It does not fall out ever . Stays fit in the ear and has multiple audio to choose from . Best investment for sound sleep. It took a day or two to get used to something in your ears when you sleep. Battery life is excellent so far even when I use masking audio / noise cancellation through out the night. My sleep is more restful since I started using these.
I use it only for sleeping although it's equally good as an earphone .
