A soundcore gift card is a virtual card that can only be purchased and redeemed on soundcore.com.

1. How do I receive my gift card?
Upon completion of your order, we will send you an email containing the digital gift card.
2. How do I send a gift card to someone?
Purchase the gift card using your email address. Once your order is completed, you'll receive an email containing the digital gift card. You can then forward this email or share the gift card link with the recipient, who can use it at checkout.
3. Can I use a gift card on websites in other countries?
soundcore gift cards are only valid on www.soundcore.com for the country where they were purchased. They cannot be used on soundcore websites in other countries.
4. Can I return the gift card?
As this is a special offer, the gift card is non-refundable.
5. If I purchase a product with the gift card and return it, where will the money go?
It will be credited back to the original gift card.

2. Each customer is limited to 10 gift cards of the same denomination during the sale period.
3. Multiple gift cards can be stacked and used together.
4. No minimum purchase is required; gift cards can be stacked with other codes.
5. Unused gift cards are refundable, but the balance on used gift cards is non-refundable.
6. Gift cards are valid through 2025.3.31.
7. Orders paid with gift cards can be refunded through customer service.
8. For orders paid with both gift cards and credit cards, refunds will be prioritized to the gift card first, with any remaining amount refunded to the credit card.
9. For orders paid solely with gift cards, refunds will be issued back to the gift card, not to a credit card.
