How do I pair Life Q35 with the Soundcore App?

1) Download the Soundcore app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. 2) Pair Life Q35 with your Bluetooth device. 3) Open the Soundcore app, press the headphone icon on the main page, choose "Life Series," and "Life Q35.

What should I do if the wearing detection feature does not work properly?

1. Adjust the length of arms of the headphones and make sure you're wearing them in a suitable position to confirm that they are stable. 2. Press the play/pause button to pause and then resume playing the music. 3. Reset the headphones by holding down Power button and Volume+ button for 5 seconds. Note: You can also turn off wearing detection in the Soundcore app if you don't want to use it.

How do I activate noise cancellation mode?

How do I use NFC?

- Tap your Android phone on the right earcup to connect via NFC when Life Q35 is turned on and no other devices are connected. If there is already one device connected: - Tap another Android phone on the right earcup to connect via NFC. If there are two devices connected: - Tap another Android phone on the right earcup. - Life Q35 will disconnect from the first connected device and connect to this Android phone via NFC. - If the device connected has NFC, you can tap it on the right earcup again to disconnect. Note: NFC does not work in AUX mode.

What should I do if NFC isn't working?

1. Make sure the device you are trying to connect supports NFC. 2. The NFC chip's position is located around the Soundcore logo on the right earcup so ensure you're tapping the phone on that area. 3. Upgrade the firmware of both your device and Life Q35 to make sure you're using the latest version. 4. When Life Q35 turns on, make sure there is a flashing blue light which turns off after you pair your phone via NFC.

How should I look after Life Q35?

1. Use Life Q35 regularly to avoid over-discharge which can harm the lifespan of their battery. We recommend using them at least once a month. 2. Charge Life Q35 after you use them. In order to improve the battery’s lifespan, do not always wait until there's 20% or less power remaining to charge them. 3. If Life Q35 comes into contact with liquid, use a hairdryer on the 'cool' setting to dry them. 4. Clean the headband and ear cushions with a cotton cloth. 5. Avoid irreversible damage to the headset caused by excessive external forces.

How do I set up Life Q35 when I want to use them to make calls via a Windows computer?

- Set up both the microphone and speaker as "Hands-Free." Notes: - If the microphone is set as "Hands-Free" and the speaker is set as "Stereo," you will hear the person on the other end, but they cannot hear you. - If the microphone is set as "Consistent with the System" and speaker is set as "Stereo," the computer's microphone will pick up your voice instead of Life Q35. - When making calls, "Hands-Free" mode should be selected. For listening to music, "Stereo" mode should be used.
