3. Open the Soundcore App and connect with Liberty Air 2.
4. Click on the Custom Command button in the lower right corner to enter the Custom Command page.
5. Customise the settings according to your preferences; choose to double-click or hold for 1s to control volume up/volume down, then use the settings to adjust the volume.
Note: Customised commands are not available in mono mode.

How should I look after Liberty Air 2?
2. Charge the earbuds after you use them. In order to improve the battery’s lifespan, do not always wait until there's 20% power remaining or less to charge them.
3. If you are storing the charging case, make sure there are at least 2 lights lit up on the case to ensure there is enough power.
4. Open the charging case's lid at least once a month to ensure the earbuds start charging.
5. Regularly clean the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case.
6. Keep the EarTips clean.
7. Liberty Air 2's charging case is not waterproof, so if it comes into contact with liquid use a hairdryer on the 'cool' setting to dry the case.

What should I do if the earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case or don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?
2. Remove all protective film from the earbuds. And ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
3. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.
Why are there two LEDs flashing on the charging case when it is closed?
- The light in the middle is not illuminated by default when closing the case.
Can Liberty Air 2 be paired with multiple devices at the same time?
If you want to pair Liberty Air 2 with a second device, please use one of the following methods:
Turn off Bluetooth on the current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode.
Or
Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
Press and hold the button on the bottom of the case for 3 seconds until the right earbud's LED flashes white. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

What should I do if the earbuds don't pair with my device?
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case. Open the case and the earbuds will automatically power on and pair with each other before connecting to the last paired device.
3. If the earbuds are not pairing, please try to reset your earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty Air 2?"
4. Forget the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth and turn in on again to pair it with your earbuds again.
What should I do if Liberty Air 2 disconnects?
Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:
1. If you are in a busy place, ensure your phone is on your right side when using Liberty Air 2.
2. Download videos and songs instead of streaming.
3. If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.
What should I do if the earbuds do not reconnect to the last paired device automatically?
1) Forget the pairing record on your device.
2) Reset the earbuds. See "How do I reset Liberty Air 2?"
3) Pair as if for the first time then put the earbuds back into the charging case, close it and open it to see if the earbuds reconnect to the last-paired device.
Why is the paired name sometimes Liberty Air 2 and sometimes Liberty Air 2-L?
If you would like to use the left side only, please put the right side in the charging case and close the charging case cover. Select "Liberty Air 2-L" to pair.

How do I switch between stereo and mono mode?
Stereo Mode: Take both earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically enter into stereo mode.
Mono mode: Put 1 earbud into the charging case and close the case cover then use the other one. If that one doesn't work, please confirm step 1 has been completed successfully.
3. If you paired the earbuds with several devices before, connect the earbuds to the device you want to use. If the earbuds do not connect with the device automatically, you can manually select the earbuds in the device's Bluetooth menu. After this, follow the same method in step 2 to switch between mono and stereo.
