Why is there no sleep data?
The earbuds judge whether the user has fallen asleep by their movements. If within half an hour, the user barely moves, the earbuds determine that they have fallen asleep and generates sleep data. 1. Open the soundcore app, log in, and connect the earbuds to synchronize data before sleeping (do not put the earbuds back in the case or turn them off after syncing).
