While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, factors such as flight schedules, weather, and other external conditions may affect delivery. Additionally, orders containing preordered or customized items may have extended delivery times. For the latest updates, please refer to the tracking information provided.

Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local or state regulations, hazardous materials, oversized dimensions, or address types that cannot be serviced by some carriers.

Important Information
soundcore is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by natural events or other factors beyond our control. This includes delays experienced by the courier, including customs clearance.

Risk and Loss
All orders are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
If you purchased shipping insurance, you can file a claim through the "Order Center" for any loss, damage, or delay during transit.

Claims Processing
Reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of the order's delivery date. For incorrect or damaged items, please include photos with your claim. soundcore reserves the right to limit or decline reshipments or refunds as necessary. Courtesy reshipments are not eligible for return or refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered together?
We aim to deliver all items together. However, different shipping methods may be applied depending on the product, so some items may arrive separately. You will receive a shipment notification for each item as it ships.

Can I change my delivery address after shipment?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been shipped.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

How to Use the Worry-Free Purchase Service

1. The coverage period is 90 days from the date of order shipment.
2. Return shipping insurance covers shipping fees for returns or exchanges within 120 days from the date of order receipt.
3. Orders over $5,000 are not eligible for this benefit.
