Prescription After Sales Policy

This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty. 

Shipping

Once your order is placed and prescription information is provided, the lenses will be placed into production. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. If there are any imperfections at all, we may re-process your lenses to ensure they are perfect, which may delay the final shipment date. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. It will take 9-18 business days to arrive.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Once your order is placed and prescription information is provided, it takes about 2-3 business days to produce your lenses. If you need to change the order details (address or prescription information) or want to cancel the order, we can help you cancel or modify the order if the manufacturing process has not started. Once your order has entered the prescription process, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order. If you still want to modify or cancel the order, you will be responsible for the cost of glasses already incurred.

Return

As the lenses are made custom for you and your prescription, all lenses are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded.

Exchange

●Lenses

1. Lens-related problems (non-manufacture) can be exchanged within 7 days after receiving the order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for lens problems after 7 days.

2. We guarantee that our glasses are in line with international standards, and will provide glasses services in strict accordance with the prescription information you provide, so we do not accept returns due to inaccurate prescriptions or discomfort when wearing them. You have 7 days from the date you receive your new lenses to notify us if there are any issues. If it is due to an error in our glasses (users need to provide a test certificate), we will happily remake your lenses at no charge.

●Frames Styles

Optician products that have already been received do not support style replacement, but we can give you a 25% discount on the cost of the second product.
