- Life Q10 remembers the mode you last used when it's turned on and pairs with your device.
- If Life Q10 is in AUX mode, BassUp does not work.
How do I connect Life Q10 to another device?
To pair with a different device:
- Turn off the Bluetooth on the first device to make Life Q10 re-enter pairing mode. Then pair with the second device.
To pair with two devices at the same time:
- Hold down the Volume+ and Volume- buttons at the same time for 4s to make Life Q10 re-enter pairing mode, then find Life Q10 in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices.
Will Life Q10 turn off automatically?
What should I do if Life Q10 disconnects while in use?
- Try to avoid interference from your surroundings, other Bluetooth connections, and Wi-Fi networks. Some environments with cell phone towers or areas with dense Wi-Fi networks and other transmitting devices can interfere with your Bluetooth connection.
- Reset Life Q10 by holding down the Power and Volume+ buttons for 5 seconds while charging them.
- Try to connect to another device to see if there is any difference.

The life q10s don’t need “NC” ability the sound quality. Because the Bass up Tech is so intense you can’t hear anything except whatever music or movie you happen to be watching at the time . I wouldn’t bother trying the 20s or 30s after watching reviews. Maybe the Q35s the latest. But the life Q10s with the bass up button on gives you an unforgettable experience, with full charge I get hours of listening ,unlike the ear buds (Liberty 3 pros) which if you have any other “past Gen” you should upgrade immediately. But these Q10 bt headphones there’s no reason to upgrade at all , especially at 40$. They’re the best under 60$ head phones. I’ve ever had. I’d suggest anyone one looking to buy a product from the -life Q line. start with the Q10s If you enjoy bass. Then you’ll want no other product in the headset category. My honest opinion the bass option is so good it doesn’t need noise cancellation and the battery last forever ! .
