The person wearing the earbuds hears poor voice quality

1. Make sure you have raised both the volume of the earbuds and the connected device to the maximum.
2. Make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position to create a tight seal.
3. Try switching to the phone mic and make a call to see if the problem still persists.

The person on the other end of the call hears low and unclear voice

1. If you only use one earbud, make sure the other bud is in the charging case.
2. Try different sizes of ear tips that come with the earbuds and make sure you're wearing them in the correct position to create a tight seal.
2. Please make sure the audio output device chosen is "soundcore Life P3" on the connected device and turn up the volume on your device.
3. If you make a call via an app, please try using your phone to make a call instead to see if the problem still persists.
4. Try testing your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it makes any difference.

Poor sound quality

1. Try different sizes of the ear tips that come with the earbuds and make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position so that they create a tight seal. This will enhance the sound quality and noise cancellation effect.
2. Try different types of music and make sure the input audio source has no distortion or noise.
3. Try different EQ modes on the soundcore App and customize the EQ to your preference.

There are no differences between Transport, Indoor, and Outdoor Noise Cancelling mode

1. Try different sizes of the ear tips that come with the earbuds and make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position so that they create a tight seal. This will enhance the noise cancellation effect.
2. The three noise cancelling modes are optimized according to different usage scenarios. They can be selected and switched in the soundcore app, but the difference may not be too obvious in a quiet environment;
Transport mode: Suitable for noisy environments such as airplanes/railroads.
Indoor mode: Suitable for a relatively quiet indoor environment with comfortable noise cancellation.
Outdoor mode: Reduce outdoor environmental noise considerably. Listening to music with headphones and perceiving the external environment changes at the same time.

The volume of Siri is too loud

1. Pair your earbuds with your phone.
2. Turn down the volume when making a call.
3. Restart Siri, and the volume should be lower.

What audio codec does Life P3 support?

SBC and AAC.

Normal mode is recommended during exercise.
Operation

When will Life P3 turn off automatically?

1. When the earbuds are placed in the charging case with the lid closed.
2. 30 minutes later when there are no devices connected to the earbuds.

Cannot power on the earbuds

The earbuds will automatically power on when the charging case is opened. We regret to inform you that you cannot power on the earbuds without the charging case.
1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.
2. Make sure the charging case has enough power.
3. Place the earbuds in the charging case, then reopen the charging case.

What should I do if Life P3's noise cancellation performance does not meet my expectations?

Here's what you can do to enhance the sound quality and noise cancellation:
1. Try other eartips sizes to ensure the one you're using fits well and creates a tight seal.
2. Make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position so that they create a tight seal. To check if you're wearing the earbuds in the perfect position, take the Tip Fit Test on the soundcore app and watch this video for more information.
3. Try different noise cancellation modes to find one that's most suited to your environment. You can also customize the EQ to tailor the sound to your ears.
Note: In a noisy environment and at high volume, you may feel that the noise cancellation performance is not as strong.

How do I power the earbuds on and off?

Power on:
1. The earbuds will turn on automatically when you open the lid of the charging case.
Power off:
2. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid to turn off the earbuds.
3. The earbuds will also turn off automatically when placed outside the case and have been disconnected from your device for 30 minutes.

How should I look after Life P3?

1. Use the earbuds regularly to avoid over-discharge which can harm the lifespan of the earbuds' battery. We recommend using Life P3 at least once a month.
2. Charge the earbuds after you use them. In order to improve the battery’s lifespan, do not always wait until there's 20% power remaining or less to charge them.
3. If you intend to store the charging case, make sure there are at least 2 indicators that light up on the case to ensure there is enough power.
4. Open the lid of the charging case at least once a month to ensure the earbuds are still working.
5. Regularly clean the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case.
6. Keep the eartips clean.
7. If Life P3 comes into contact with liquid, use a hairdryer on the 'cool' setting to dry the case.

How do I avoid triggering the touchpad by accident when adjusting the earbuds in my ears?

Use the stems of the earbuds to adjust Life P3's position in your ears and avoid touching the touchpad.

Why is the touch control not responsive at times?

Please make sure you are tapping the right spot on Life P3 (where the logo is printed).

How does the Gaming Mode work?

1. It enhances the gaming sound, such as footsteps and voices.
2. It can reduce the earbuds' latency during games. Please note that different networks and phones can cause latency to occur.

How do I use the "Find Your Earbuds" feature?

1. This feature can only be used when the earbud(s) is connected to the phone.
2. Connect the earbud(s) to the soundcore App. Click on the settings logo in the top right and select "Find Device".
Note: Do not use earbuds while using this feature to protect your hearing.

Are there any tips for upgrading Life P3's firmware?

1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. Make sure the earbuds have enough power (over 20%).
3. Do not use the earbuds during the process.
4. Try again if it fails.

Can I use the left/right earbud on its own?

Yes, just take one earbud out from the charging case to use.
If you are using two earbuds, you can put either one of the earbuds back into the charging case and continue using the other one on its own.
Charging

How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?

About 2 hours.

How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?

About 3 hours.

How can I charge the earbuds?

1. Confirm that the charging case has power left (open the lid of the charging case to check if there is any indication on the LED).
2. Close the lid after placing the earbuds in the charging case and start charging.

What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
1) The earbuds don’t recharge in the charging case.
2) The earbuds stay connected to the device even after being placed in the charging case with the lid closed.
3) The earbuds don't turn on when taken out of the charging case.

1. Confirm the charging case has power left (open the charging case lid to check if there is any indication on the LED).
2. Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and third lights on the case will flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
3. If they still do not turn on, put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid for 6 seconds, and try opening the lid again.

very good

It is one of the best wireless earbuds, even better than airpods. aside from being easily scratched, it is VERY stable and reduces noise when you put them on. Very comforable too. Definatly recommend!

Unexpectedly satisfied! Sound quality, battery life, accessibility all great.

These were everything I wanted in new, EXPENSIVE (>$30) headphones.

TL;DR: Great sound range (incl. prominent bass), satisfactory battery life (3-4 hours per charge; case gives ~2-3 recharges), and easy accessibility (two-step connection to device; the SoundCore app has a good widget).
ONLY COMPLAINTS: very rarely but consistently, the sound will cut out for ~2 seconds before coming back - I believe this occurs when too many other wireless devices are nearby, as it has not happened at all the past 2 hours I've sat here at my work desk after-hours, but it happens every 1-2 minutes in the gym around many people wearing wireless headphones - CONSULT OTHER REVIEWS to see what the consensus is; I'm used to it by now - it's not a surprise and I miss very little in that small 1-2 sec window.
NOTE that in-ear headphones naturally block out a lot of sound; 'Transparency Mode' helps to artificially add back in some environmental noise, but it is difficult to reliably hear people talk nearby.

OVERALL: I'm very satisfied with the Anker Life P3. The sound quality is very nice (for a normie lol), the battery stays alive for several hours and charges quickly when returned to the case, and it easily pairs with Bluetooth devices.

The origin story:

I was reluctant to switch to wireless headphones due to the high prices and ease of losing track of them. I had to switch due to upgrading phones (iPhone SE to iPhone SE 2020, can't you tell I'm a cheapskate lol), and exhaustively researched wireless headphones to find a budget-end pair that still boasted good quality.

My priorities were something reliable that would survive through long days in the (chemistry) lab, and during workouts (generic 30-45 min weightlifting or cardio). Many reviews recommended the Anker Life P3 as a solid entry on the lower-mid price range, although AirPods tended to remain the gold standard albeit at a notably higher price. Due to the consistent recommendation between reviewers (website and YouTube), I decided to go for it.

The Anker Life P3 met my purchasing goals to a T (and I ride Boston's T system now, so I would know!).

FIT: The fit feels nice, and the multiple pairs of rubber ear adapters give a chance for all ear sizes to feel comfortable. They don't fall out easily even when I run (both on the treadmill and *real* running), and they feel secure as I walk around. Minor irritation when my ears decide the 'foreign objects' need to leave, although this is rare.

SOUND: I've listened to songs I've played for most of my life, and these earphones have brought out parts of the arrangement I have NEVER heard before. The bass is strong, so the full range of sound is there (no 'weak' or 'high' headphone sound here). In my opinion, the sound is powerful but balanced. Equalizers can probably tweak the sound if you prefer a different mix, but these bad boys can sure thump if you want them to!

BATTERY: I usually give up before these headphones do. My typically listening sessions go between 30 min to 3 h and I've never had the batteries die on me. They *feel* like they quickly recharge when returned to the case, which provides another 2-3 full charges. The case can be separately recharged using the USB-C to USB-A cable provided; this takes longer, so charge the case overnight and it will keep the headphones charged for the entirety of the next day. Hardcore music marathoners may be less enthused by the battery life, but the Anker Life P3 has a longer lifespan than me!

ACCESSIBILITY: I find the Life P3 to be easy to handle, although the initial linking was a bit confusing (and I already forgot how I did it!). When the headphone case is open, the three front lights turn/stay on for a few seconds. Then, the lights ignite in an alternating pattern, which is when the headphones are seeking a Bluetooth partner. On a device that knows the headphones, clicking on 'Soundcore Life P3' on the Bluetooth list will initiate the pairing, and then you're ready to go! To disconnect, you can remove it from the device, turn off the device Bluetooth, or return the headphones to the case and close the case. Unpaired headphones can be immediately paired with another device without having to be returned to the case. Re-cased headphones will immediately pause music/video streaming on the paired device (on Apple products, in my experience). The 'Soundcore' app for phones (haven't seen it for Mac) is very useful, as it provides some EQ's and the Noise Cancellation or Transparency modes. It also provides a widget for quick access to the Cancellation/Transparency/Normal modes for convenient toggling without having to open the app.
Note: The headphone stems have two or three swipe features. I use these sparingly and have not investigated them further. One gesture skips to the next audio (song skip or 'next YouTube video in queue') which is convenient when desired; sometimes it takes me several attempts to gesture in a way the headphones will recognize, but more practice will l...

Best Value Buds on the Market

To Start off this review, I own a pair of Sony WH-1000XM4 which are a high end pair of Noise cancelling Headphones that I use pretty much daily, they range between 350 ~ 400$ depending if they're on sale or not. (They're know to he the best noise cancelling headphones on the market) and I will base my review off of them even tho there is a 300$ price difference. And I can say without a doubt that you won't be disappointed with your purchase of the Soundcore Life P3!

Anker made a really good quality product.
It is definitly worth a buy.

I can't say they are perfect but they're close enough. I will go through the Pros & Cons below.

PROS:
- Soud quality : Excellent (Ideal for all your listening desire)

- Noise cancelling : Impressive, didn't think I'd get such good noise cancelling for this price.
It's equivalent to 75% of what I get for my 400$ WH-1000XM4

- Soundcore App : Awesome, lots of great feature and I love the different / Noise cancellation & Ambient noise (felt like I had to mention the beautiful design of the app)

- Battery : Great. Last you for a while depending on your usage.

Cons :
- Case can get scrached if you mix it with metal thing in your pocket like change and keys. But it is really minor.

- Switching between device. I'd like for them to implement a simpler way to switch between paired device. At the moment you have to open the case lid and turn your device into pairing mode and go in the bluetooth settings of your device. Every time you want to switch away from the device you were already paired to. So the pairing between devices could be better / more convenient .
But we can live without it.

I rate this pair of earbuds : 4.7 ☆
Absolutely worth your money if your in the market for a pair of earbuds that doesn't break the bank.

Excellent sound and noise cancelation

My husband got me these ear buds for Christmas. I work in an office with thin walls so the noise cancellation is great for turning other people’s yell-talking to a low hum or complete silence. It works so well the A C and heater are inaudible. The ear buds have great sound quality too! I like that they come with many sizes of buds to fit my ears for the perfect fit. I also like to use them while on the stair stepper. They stay in place while walking or doing light exercise. I believe I use them for about 9 hours a day and they’re comfortable the entire time. The coral red color is fun and vibrant as well. The convenience of the carrying and charging case is phenomenal.
