2) Select and install the ear tips before using for the first time. We recommend starting with size M(2).

We recommend using ear wings to get the best support and most stable fit. Try using the XS(0) size if the other sizes are all too large.

They are the IR-sensors which sense if the earbuds are currently being worn. If the ear wings are installed incorrectly, the sensor will be covered and it will affect the accuracy of wearing detection. Make sure the ear wings are installed correctly and the surface of the IR-sensors is kept clean.

- Remove two buds to stop your media, and resume playback on your phone manually.

1) Download and update your soundcore app to latest version.
2. Change the Sound Mode to "Preferred Audio Quality" and follow the instructions to update to the latest firmware version. The LDAC codec is now enabled and will work with your LDAC-compatible device. Note: The LDAC codec processing will increase the power consumption and decrease the overall playtime. Only devices with Android 8.0 or later support LDAC.

How do I enable 3D Surround Sound?

Use the soundcore app to activate 3D Surround Sound. Go to the "Sound Mode" section to switch to 3D Surround Sound.
Note: 3D Surround Sound processes audio data in real time, increasing the power consumption and decreasing the overall playtime.

What should I do if Liberty 3 Pro's noise cancellation performance does not meet my expectations?

Here are some tips for enhancing the sound quality and noise cancellation:
1) Try other sizes of ear tips to ensure you're using one that fits well and creates a tight seal.
2) Make sure you're wearing the earbuds in the correct position so that they create a tight seal. To check if you're wearing the earbuds in the perfect position, take the Fit Test on the soundcore app.
3) Take the HearID ANC test to personalize the noise cancelling effect.
Note: In a noisy environment and at high volume, you may feel that the noise cancellation performance is not as strong.
4) Try different ANC modes to see which one suits your environment best.

What should I do if I encounter wind noise while outdoors?

Use Wind Reduction mode, which can be found in the ANC section of the soundcore app. Wind Reduction mode is ideal for environments with constantly high levels of wind, such as cycling, workouts or other outdoor activities. When using this mode, the earbuds will detect wind noise automatically and when it reaches the threshold, Wind Reduction mode starts to work.

Great sound for the price

I’m no expert but I really like them. No problem docking, clear sound, music sounds amazing on these earbuds. So much better than my old cheap earbuds in so many ways.

Great sound

Nice buds, after figuring out the right wings and tips that came inside the box, they fit perfectly in my ear, didnt fall out while walking or during ride on public transportation, with the sound I chose, I can hear folks talking, but in muted voices, can hear outside noises after adjusting right sound on app, one of the sounds was to muted and spooked me cause couldn't hear much of anything but the podcast I was listening to, I like to be fully aware while riding public transportation, I've only had them for two days and still figuring out the controls, they are kind of big for ear buds, looks like I have tiny spaceships on, but overall they are nice.

2 months later still worth 5 stars!!

A couple of updates and 2 months later I still think these are worth 5 stars!!! I'm no audiophile in any way shape or form just your regular consumer that has struggled to find decent earbuds. I've tried the galaxy buds live, bose qc earbuds, sennheiser momentum 2, and liberty 2 pros but was never fully happy because there was always something missing. These earbuds have solved all my problems. Call quality is excellent I've taken phone calls at the noisy grocery store while wearing a mask and had no complaints, I've been able to wear these earbuds comfortably for hours, I listen to these earbuds at half volume because they can get loud. I like that I can customize the touch controls easily from the app. Transperancy mode has improved a lot since these launched and while the anc could be better for the price point I can't complain especially when you add music to the mix it really cancels out noise. The touch controls can be sensitive and were a bit tricky at first but now that I've developed the muscle memory I have no complaints. Overall these aren't "perfect" but for me they sure are. I highly recommend them and if you don't like them simply return them soundcore has an amazing customer service team.

Some incredible buds for an average consumer.

SOME QUICK BACKGROUND ON WHY I FEEL QUALIFIED TO WRITE THIS:
So, I consider myself to be a casual audiophile. I'm a DJ for hire, I make music casually, and I critically listen to music and engage with music as a hobby. Now, this having been said, I am also just an everyday student, consumer, and technology user. I am not a tuning, audio, or music expert. What follows is my own opinion of this product represented as accurately as possible.

THE REVIEW:

OVERALL (ISH):
The package as a whole is incredible for the price but it's got a few kinks that can be easily worked out. I got these buds about 4 months ago and I have been really enjoying them.
SOUND: They sound absolutely excellent, and while the marketing stuff they throw at people to make it seem more impressive is frustrating, the balanced armature drivers (for those who don't know they are specialized drivers that are commonly used in hearing aids and specialized audio equipment and also in some earbuds and cover high-end sound very well, but lack in low frequency majorly) sound incredibly sharp out of the box, almost uncomfortably sharp, but after using the app (more about this later) to eq them, they sound much better. The dynamic drivers in here are pretty standard and are used a lot in the industry but mainly it comes down to tuning, which is decent but isn't amazing without, again, our friend the EQ. The sound quality once tuned is very good, although compared to some higher-end consumer headphones I own, and some more audiophile-grade headphones I own (note these are EARBUDS, NOT, headphones, which I am comparing them to in this example) they don't have as great of a soundstage, and the imaging is so-so. They tend to still be a bit 'sparkly' in the high end, but don't fail to provide for the bass heads consumers out there (A guilty pleasure for myself LOL, although this having been said I still retain a higher appreciation for truly balanced sound.) They can get far too loud for my 15-year-old ears, but your mileage may vary. They sound better than 170 USD, but they ARNT comparable to a good set of audiophile cans by any means, but for TW earbuds, they "go nuts" especially as they walk a very tight line in this price range.
FIT AND PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: They have a surprisingly small case for their size and capability, rivaling Apple's mainstream offerings, but fall just a bit larger than the AirPods pro case. They can feel bulky in the ear at times, but the fit is great (coming from a person who actually has alarmingly small ears and ear canals), but I'm told by others that they are awesome for people with larger ears too. They look pretty nice, but if you care about the name brand status thing, you will find yourself noticing occasional looks from people as they examine the generic-looking logo on the case, etc. If your like me, and don't care, this is a nonissue. Lastly, the case's swivel/sliding motion is very appealing and as an ADHD-ridden person, this definitely is fun to mess about with (lmao) but it can become (only barely noticeable) flimsy-er after a few months of this kind of random use. At worst, occasionally, the "top" sliding part of the case, can hit the earbuds in the bottom part as you try to close it, but mostly this is a nonissue. They don't feel STURDY, but they are good enough. They'll take a drop or two without batting an eye, are pretty average in terms of how many scratches and cosmetic damage they amass after normal use, but again, for me, minor stuff.
BATTERY: The battery lasts forever, I use them between 1-4 hours a day, and I haven't charged them in a month. The case is at 30% and the earbuds are at 100% (I MOSTLY use them on "normal" without ANC on, but not on transparency at just above 50% volume.) so I would say they MORE than overperform, and permanently changed my expectation and standards of what's possible for battery-powered consumer electronics. Absolutely 'nutty' battery performance.
THE APP+COMPANY: So, I own the "Motion+" Bluetooth speaker from them, which is a total damn powerhouse and I have many a time excitedly, claimed was "the best purchase of my entire life" and its no f**king lie. These things are no diffrent. Soundcore's service has been tested by myself, addressing a lot of small, common issues that consumers tend to face, and they mostly addressed it quickly and professionally. Although in one case with the speaker they could have done a bit better (essentially the aux cable that shipped with them caused the right channel to not work as it was defective, and I used it on aux and told them from a consumer standpoint "the right doesn't work" and they sorta missed the mark, thinking it was a manufacturing issue rather than a simple cable.) BUT, other than this, they are excellent and have offered in almost every time I've contacted to just simply have it sent to be repaired and sent back to me at no extra charge (NOTE THEY SAID REPAIR NOT REPLACE!!! YES! IF THIS ISNT A LIE, THEY ARENT WASTIEING ...
